HealthConnect.Link CEO Kevin Dwyer has a vision – creating an online community that helps uninsured and low-income people get connected to the services they need.
Dwyer has been leading a team of volunteers in developing a website that healthcare and social services providers in Dane County can update with what services they have available. They can also use the site to help connect their patients to services.
Madison, July 7, 2017 – HealthConnect.Link, a Madison-based non-profit venture, has continued to attract additional community partners aligned in their mission to improve access to needed healthcare and community service resources. Recent additions have included local non-profit agencies focused on behavioral health and support for individuals, children and families.
Madison, June 6, 2017 – HealthConnect.Link, a Madison-based non-profit venture, was recently honored to be selected as the first place recipient of the GHC–SCW Annual Innovation Award. HealthConnect.Link founder and CEO, Kevin Dwyer, worked in collaboration on this project with Christina Bell, DNP, RN, noted nursing leader and educator.
Madison, June 6, 2017 HealthConnect.Link’s network of community partners has continued to grow, with the recent additions of Healthy Community Kitchen and the Wisconsin Collaborative for Healthcare Quality (WCHQ).
HealthConnect.Link, a Madison-based non-profit venture, is very pleased to announce the recent establishment of key community partnerships with rural WI healthcare clinics and support agencies. Partnerships have been established with WFACC – Wisconsin Association of Free and Charitable Clinics, SWCAP – Southwest WI Community Action Program, and START – Stoughton Area Resource Team and Gilda’s Club.
Kevin Dwyer, CEO of HealthConnect.Link, has made it his mission to connect low-income and uninsured people to affordable health and social services.
His nonprofit startup aims to create an online network between service providers so that people needing care can learn about places that have needed services.
According to him, there is a bigger need for this kind of connected platform in the Madison area than many might realize.
